cat declawing

as i know sevral cat owners my self i strongly advise against it because it's basic tourtuer of the cat because it is left in pain as well as other symptons

1. unable to walk properly
2. in 30% of the the case the will have cronic pain 
3.  more then likely they are going to suffer from arthritis
4. the proceses is extreamly pain fill for the cat as the docter severs its bones
5. often the nerves as well they feel what is called fantom pain
